Delivery & Returns

If the item you selected is marked as in ‘In Stock’ it will be shipped with UPS and delivered within 1-5 days depending on your location. For ‘In Stock’ items we also offer a London Premium Courier option, which you can select at Check Out - we will then be in touch to arrange a preferred delivery time slot.

If the item you selected is marked as ‘Made to Order, once the piece has been produced and has arrived at our London warehouse, we will either send it with UPS, or be in touch to arrange a specialised delivery for you.

Do note that the lead-times of ‘Made to Order’ items can be found in their descriptions on our website. Although we endeavour to keep to these timings, they are estimates and can vary due to production time, shipping and customs.

Made to Order pieces are non-returnable.
